You keep a furnace, a mower, and a cabin propane tank. The mower runs on engine hours, the cabin tank on a gauge. Both thresholds live on the same board.
Grease the mower every 200 engine hours. Change the furnace filter every 3 months. Fill the cabin tank at or under 20%; 18% is under the line and counts as due.
Say the hours or the tank percent to Muse and the row is written. Ask what's due and the board names the hours left on the mower and whether the tank sits below the line. Name the mower and the furnace in the same ask and both boards come back together.
Retire the mower and every grease job stays in the log; the due board drops the mower. The furnace filter keeps its own date. The cabin tank keeps its gauge line.
