Generator owner
For the generator owner
You run the Generac 22kW home standby on a suburban house. Oil every 100 engine hours, air filter / spark plugs every 200, the battery / exercise-run check on a calendar line. Tell Muse the last oil and the hours on the meter. The board does the arithmetic.
One generator on the board. Oil on the Generac 22kW every 100 engine hours. Air filter / spark plugs every 200. The battery / exercise-run check on the calendar. That is the whole list, and it lives on one due board.
You know the hour meter. Last oil on the generator was at Ridge Power Systems, 420 hours and $185 on the invoice. The meter reads 475, so 25 hours are left. Say those numbers to Muse once and the row is written. The generator burns about an hour a week on exercise runs, plus whatever a storm outage adds. Book Ridge Power Systems for that month and the oil change happens before the hours run out.
Sunday night, ask Muse what's due on the generator. Oil comes back with the 25 hours left and Ridge Power Systems as the last shop. The air filter / spark plugs come back with their own hours left: last filter / plugs at 380 and the meter at 475 leaves 105 hours to the next service at 580. The Worker subtracts and names what is left, and no model sits in that path.
The calendar lines keep their dates. The battery / exercise-run check is the first Saturday of the month: terminals and load, an exercise run watched start to finish. The Saturday a late storm outage eats does not push next month's check into the second week. A storm outage is logged when it happened; the cadence does not slide.
Your shop preference is one ask too. Say it once: Always Ridge Power Systems on the generator. Muse writes it, and the next oil booking starts at Ridge Power Systems without you naming the shop again.
The board can call ChatGPT too. Subscribe once and ChatGPT hears when the hours you log put oil on the board, in a signed webhook naming the job and how late. You did not have to ask first.
The day the generator sells, say it once: sold. Muse archives the generator and the due board drops it that day. Every oil row, filter line, and shop you logged stays in the history. If the deal falls through, one ask puts it back on the board.
The equipment log on /equipment-maintenance-log shows how engine-hour rows look. Copy the prompt on /for-your-agent and paste it into Muse. Free on Cloudflare Workers and D1.
